WingmanOS LLC operates WingmanOS (wingmanos.com), a software-as-a-service platform for private aviation brokers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the platform:

• Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials provided during signup.
• Organization data: brokerage name, contact email, and team member information you add to your workspace.
• Client and deal data: client profiles, quotes, trip records, and communications you create within the platform. This data belongs to you.
• Billing information: payment method details are processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. We store only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and timestamps of activity, used to improve the product.
• Log data: IP addresses, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you access the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the WingmanOS platform.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails such as team invitations and account notifications.
• To respond to support requests and communicate product updates.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or your clients' data to third parties.

4. Data Isolation and Multi-Tenancy

WingmanOS is a multi-tenant platform. Each brokerage organization operates in an isolated workspace. Your clients, quotes, trips, and settings are accessible only to authenticated members of your organization. We enforce this isolation at the database query level on every request.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Stripe: payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Resend: transactional email delivery for invitations and notifications.
• Manus: authentication and infrastructure. Subject to Manus's Privacy Policy.
• Amazon Web Services (S3): file storage for uploaded documents and assets.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and organization data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, we retain data for 90 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed credentials, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure. If you discover a security issue, please report it to [email protected].

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
